1. General provisions

These terms and conditions apply to any purchase of products or services made on the website https://www.coffreadom.ch. The company may amend these terms at any time, with immediate effect for new orders. The contract of sale is formed upon confirmation of the order.

2. Data protection

Personal data is collected solely to process orders and remains confidential, with no sharing to third parties for advertising purposes. See also our privacy policy.

3. Delivery terms and availability

Deliveries are made throughout Switzerland. In-stock items generally ship within 2 business days. Made-to-order items are generally shipped within 1 to 3 weeks. Mixed orders are shipped once all items are available.

4. Prices

Prices are shown in Swiss francs (CHF), VAT included, excluding shipping charges billed separately. The company applies the prices in effect at the time of the order and reserves the right to cancel any sale showing a manifestly erroneous price.

5. Payment terms

Payment is made in advance by bank card (via SumUp) or by TWINT. Payment data is not retained by Coffre à Dom. Failure to pay may result in refusal of delivery.

6. Pre-order

Pre-ordering allows you to purchase and thus reserve your product in advance. The availability dates shown may change and quantities are not guaranteed by the distributors.

7. Warranty

A two-week warranty covers new equipment, excluding batteries, software and normal wear and tear. Products with no apparent defect beyond this period are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. No refund is granted for lost data.

8. Order cancellation / Right of withdrawal

Cancellations before shipment are subject to a deduction of 1.35% to 2.5% for transaction fees. The customer has 14 business days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal. Sale items, custom-made items and mystery boxes remain non-refundable.

9. Return / Exchange

Any defect must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Unpacked products are accepted only with prior written authorisation. Unauthorised returns incur a withholding of 25% of the value of the goods. Refunds are generally issued in the form of store vouchers.

10. Images

Images are not contractually binding and no exchange may be made on the grounds of a non-conforming image.
